I needed a very specific piece of engraving and my photo for it was poor resolution. John effectively created what I needed from scratch which took a lot of extra work but the result is fantastic and he kept in touch with me throughout. Service and quality are highly professional and John goes the extra mile when its needed which is always appreciated.
